Daisy Hall, which Avatek chose, is an indoor space with a classic vintage style. The brown color of wood is the main color, combined with the tones of pure white tables and chairs, and decorative flowers in orange, chocolate, dark green, etc., creating a warm, elegant, sophisticated and luxurious atmosphere.

Unique Experience With Photobooth And Decorations at Year End Party

After surveying the party space, Soha proposed the idea of a photobooth using LED lights to bend letters, and fresh flowers of the same color tone to decorate according to the design. In addition, on the right side, there is a message tree painting, so that guests can check-in when attending the event, and on the left side is a lucky tree with many red envelopes hanging, carrying good luck.

When the afternoon just turned to dark, everything was ready, the lights just turned on, the sound of admiration and praise continuously rang out. The magical space from the lobby to the banquet hall, the flower space covered the stage and the balloons covered the LED screen, creating a truly warm and sparkling Daisy.

With the theme of the party being “Enjoy the journey, conquer new goals”, accompanying Avatek in this event, Soha also shared about the challenges as well as advantages in the early stages of establishment.

Avatek’s Remarkable Growth: Reaching 100 Employees Within 1 Year of Establishment

Since February 2024, the company was established with only 30 employees. With the support of many strong relationships, Avatek has grown rapidly. By the end of 2024, Avatek has doubled the number of members, owning a total of more than 70 employees, moving towards 2024 with the goal of 100 employees. With an automated information management system, new and modern analytical equipment, Avatek has now achieved ISO 17025 Standard on demonstrating technical competence and management organization, operating effectively and being able to provide testing and calibration results with stable technical value, and high reliability…

Having planned the program content for more than 10 days, the whole team agreed that there would need to be a key moment to bring the company’s leaders on stage to give a speech. And then, when the Board of Directors went on stage to open champagne, the song “Day of Glory” would be played so that all employees could feel the message that the Board of Directors wanted to convey: The Board of Directors has been creating a working environment with many benefits and fairness in promotion. Young people should boldly commit themselves, show their courage, they will always be fully supported and their achievements will be fairly recognized.

After 17:30, the event welcomed the members of Avatek with gorgeous costumes, following the dresscode of black, orange, beige. Along with nearly 20 guests who are important and close partners of the business. All are ready and the party will of course take place.

After the solemn and thoughtful ceremony, the Board of Directors had the opportunity to share about the 2023 gratitude journey with the team, the party started with the celebratory wine opening ceremony.

Exciting Events With Art Performances At Avatek Year End Party

The Acoustic Band opened with hot hits and impressive performance style: Lonely on the Sofa, Welcome Spring, A Drunk Night,… making the whole auditorium fire up.

The prepared performances of the departments followed. Each performance was a color. The Business Department was bold with Dat Phuong Nam Remix; Sales admin and Inorganic Chemistry were bustling with Qua cau dom em; Accounting and Internal Control were outstanding with the funny Little Dragon Man, Chromatography, Microbiology and Returning the results all left beautiful impressions in the hearts of the judges… It was really difficult to choose the team worthy of winning the first prize.

The judges had to go through moments of truly fair weighing and measuring, and were also very proud, because the Avatek team had made such a perfect, wonderful festival.

As the evening progressed, the program became more and more special, the heat became more and more intense. Next was the lucky draw. All the guests turned their eyes to the screen, concentrating in intense excitement, because only the 2 luckiest numbers would receive 2 valuable gifts. The MC quickly found the lucky owners, the 2 numbers 79 and 55.

To add to the excitement, the next part was the bingo show, with attractive cash prizes. The charming bingo artist stepped onto the stage with unexpected number readings, causing interesting laughter for all the attendees. And equally surprising, after only calling about 10 numbers, there were already winners, and all were Avatek’s partner guests, multiplying the joy many times over.

At the end of the program, the judges awarded prizes to the best and most deserving entries. And finally, they took group photos together. The faces lit up in the dark room, seeming even more radiant and sharper. And the smiles radiating from those members looked more lovely, warmer, and more contagious.

As we know, Avatek is not yet a year old.
